Garrison Brothers Red, White & Bourbon Limited Edition Small Batch Whiskey 94 Proof 750ml
Garrison Brothers Red, White & Bourbon Limited Edition Small Batch Whiskey 94 Proof 750ml
The bottle says it all. The bourbon proves it.
Some limited editions are just a label change. This isn't one of them. Garrison Brothers' Red, White & Bourbon is the distillery's signature award-winning Small Batch bourbon — the same 94-proof liquid that built their name in Texas Hill Country — bottled in a hand-dipped red, white, and blue wax finish that honors every veteran, first responder, and teacher who shows up when it counts. A portion of every sale goes directly to veteran causes, including the Admiral Nimitz Foundation. Select bottles are hand-dipped by a U.S. veteran and come with a commemorative dog tag, distributed at random.
Inside the bottle, it's all Texas. Garrison Brothers distills grain to glass using locally grown corn, soft red winter wheat, and barley — no sourcing, no shortcuts. The sweet mash is twice pot-distilled, then aged a minimum of three years in new American white oak under the unrelenting Hill Country sun. That heat is the point. Texas summers push the whiskey deep into the wood and pull it back out again with every season, accelerating the kind of flavor development that cooler climates can't replicate. What comes out is bold, rich, and unmistakably Texan — toasted oak and saddle leather up front, honey and caramel through the middle, a long warm finish that lingers like a slow sunset.
Tasting Notes
- Nose: Golden apple, wildflower honey, sweet florals, cornbread, saddle leather
- Palate: Toasted oak, caramel, vanilla bean, ripe cherry, graham cracker, baking spice
- Finish: Long and warming — maple, cinnamon, amaretto, and a whisper of dried fruit
