100% blue agave from the Highlands of Jalisco region, spring water from the Tequila volcano, cooked in water vapor autoclave tank, open fermentation in concrete tanks with natural addition of mango yeast, double distillation in copper, aged in American oak barrels.
Aroma:
Toasted oak, cooked agave, toasted caramel, cherries in syrup, almonds, cinnamon, herbal.
Body:
Medium to medium-high, with good density, medium-high unctuousness.
Palate:
Light herbs and spices, smooth in the mouth with medium persistence, pleasant aftertaste with a soft sensation of toasted oak, fresh herb notes, medium astringency, semi-bitter.
Color Range:
Straw yellows, bright yellow hues.
