• Made from bottle-ready Bear Republic Brewery’s Racer 5 IPA beer
• Distilled in 2017 in our custom-made Alambic pot still
• Aged for 6.5 years in French oak barrels

  Nose: Malted barley, toasted coconut, custard, blueberry crisp, honeysuckle, hops and graham cracker

  Palate: Smokey French Oak, vanilla, malted barley and balanced hops

  Finish: Long and evolving with a finely-tuned balance of whiskey and oak with hops and baking spices
